MAKE UPS POLICY – Our system has an automatic lesson reminder by text message as well by email.  In case a student cancels a lesson 24 hours ahead, a make-up lesson will be provided. The opportunity for make-up lessons will be scheduled with the available faculty member, day and time. Make-up lessons cannot be rescheduled. We allow up to 4 make-up lessons per year. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be made up.  This credit will remain valid for up to 90 days from its issuance. If TMS cancels a lesson, a make-up one will be re-schedule in agreement with the student’s convenience.

THERE IS NOT LONG TERM CONTRACT – Our arrangement operates on a month-to-month basis, without any contractual obligation. Should you choose to discontinue lessons or switch instruments, you have the flexibility to make these changes by providing a two-week notice before your next month’s enrollment.
