Avery Rushford is a dedicated and patient music instructor committed to nurturing the musical potential in every student. Having started with music at an early age, he's been playing cello and guitar for 15 plus years. With a background in classically trained cello in the public education system and self-taught guitar, he creates a supportive and fun learning environment where students can explore their musical interests and develop their skills. Mr. Avery focuses on building a strong understanding of music fundamentals while encouraging students to express themselves through performance and improvisation. He has taught students how to play their region and all-state etudes on cello, both privately and at string camps. Avery is currently pursuing his degree in performance at Texas State University. Offering lessons in guitar, cello, bass, violin, and ukulele, Avery welcomes students of all ages and abilities to embark on their musical journey.
